Refund Policy

Should there be  any request for a refund, customer needs to notify Starrtrek Carrier Sdn Bhd, customer service by phone +603-55691188 followed with an email to sales@starrtrek.com.my providing detailed information for the refund, within 3 days upon receiving of your vehicle.

Starrtrek Carriers Sdn Bhd can arrange refund for the following reasons only:-

For Bookings made one (1) week in advance before scheduled date

  • cancellation of booking by customer must be three (3) days before scheduled trip date
  • eligible for 50% refund for full payment received
  • refund will be made within three (3) working days from schedule trip date


Due to unforeseen reasons,  Starrtrek Carriers Sdn Bhd – cancelled the scheduled trip date

  • Full refund will be made to customer within three (3) working days from scheduled trip date


Other Information

  • Service provided and completed – non-refundable
  • Any damages and exceptions during delivery – if claimable, there is a procedure which need to be followed according to Insurance policy
